Remote Support
Each RapiTrim resistor trimming and ProVia microvia drilling system is provided with TeamViewer remote access and support software. This allows PPI support engineers to instantly access each system offering reliable and efficient support.
Over 95% of service calls are addressed through remote diagnostics that are built into the advanced ProSys trimming and drilling software included with each system. No matter where the system is located in the world, PPI is able to provide a high level of service and support.
Onsite Service
In cases where on-site service is needed, the TeamViewer tool and remote diagnostics allow engineers to properly diagnose any issue and procure parts ahead of time, optimizing the technician visit.
With global representation, PPI can provide on-site installation, training and service technicians to support systems installed around the world. Experienced application engineers have a complete understanding of system hardware and software, ensuring systems continue operating at peak performance levels.
